Old Southeast

Lesser known than the Old Northeast neighborhood, the Old Southeast sits just south of downtown St. Pete and walking distance from the University of South Florida St. Petersburg campus. The neighborhood hosts a variety of homes at all sorts of prices and is home to Lassing Park and a beautiful view of the Tampa Bay. With the entrance just past Thrill Hill, the Old Southeast is the coolest place hardly anyone knows about.
